UNICOM Global Coronavirus message for customers and partners

April 01, 2020 - As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact people and businesses around the world, we would like to express our sympathy for all who have been affected. We also offer our heartfelt thanks to the many people on the frontline who are caring for the sick, and working in countless ways to combat the virus.

We would like to assure our customers and partners that UNICOM Global and its divisions are here to support you through these challenging times. We understand that our solutions are an essential part of your business and we have activated a range of proven measures, including remote working, to maintain continuity of service to you, wherever you are in the world. 

Our top priority is the health and wellbeing of our people and yours, and we are committed to keeping everyone safe by minimizing personal contact in line with World Health Organization guidelines. Our secure global IT infrastructure allows us to deliver our full range of products and services remotely and most of our employees are now working from home. We are continuing to stay connected with customers, partners and each other through the usual channels and our existing contact points remain unchanged.   

COVID-19 has created an unprecedented situation and together we will come through it.  The UNICOM Global leadership is continually monitoring developments around the world and we will adapt as needed to ensure that we maintain the highest standards of service.
